Do you offer free estimates?
In most cases, yes, we can provide estimates free of charge via email or text. If a site visit is required there may be a small fee for the estimate, but this will be credited towards the project as we move forward.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit/debit card, check, cash or ACH bank payment.
When is payment due?
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due upon completion of work. We can take payment while onsite, or we can send an invoice to you via email or text with a link to make payment.
Is Renewed Spaces insured?
Yes, we do carry general liability insurance for the business and a certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Do you work for Real Estate Agents, or for the sellers?
We do both. We have several wonderful working relationships with agents and can contract directly with them, but most often work directly for the sellers while consulting with their agent. Our unique experience and skills can bridge the gap between what sellers need and what agents provide.
What handyman services do you offer?
We offer a large variety of handyman and home repair services. Click here for more details. If you don’t see what you are looking for, don’t hesitate to reach out let us know how we can serve you. If it is outside of our capabilities, we will likely be able to refer you to someone who can complete the work.
